Finally after taking feedback from DTHFORUM members, I switched from Videocon D2H HD to Hathway HD.

The STB cost = Rs. 2000, Also paid HD fee for 1 Year = Rs. 1800 (150*12). Plus 1 month rental Rs. 230.
Hence Total cost= Rs. 4030
The per month cost in my defense area is Rs. 230 for All SD channels ("Premium Plus Pack").![:cheers:]( "Cheers :cheers:")
